The policies listed below are those of Community Heritage Maps and are not binding on independent outlets. Therefore if you're ordering from an independent dealer, you should review the policies of that dealer.

Privacy

I believe in privacy and will not willingly share your e-mail address or any other personal information with anyone, except such information as is required for daily operations.

I may use e-mail to communicate with existing customers, unless they ask to be excluded from mailings.

As with any web system I use various 3rd parties to operate the system. Return Policy & Exchange Policies

Maps Ordered Directly From Community Heritage Maps:

I am committed to ensuring that you are 100% satisfied with the quality of my prints and will allow for a 100% refund for any reason with no handling charge if items are returned within 30 days of purchase. You are responsible for return shipping costs for refunds.

Individuals within 30 days of receipt may exchange any map that they have purchased for a similar size map. Individuals will receive a refund or or be charged for the difference for changes in size.

In order to receive a full refund or exchange the prints should be returned to me at Community Heritage Maps ( 49 Woodbine Street, Auburndale, MA 02466), via US Priority Mail in the print's original shipping carton.

For gift items, the 30 day period for refunds and exchanges will run from the time that the recipient received the gift.

I may split large orders to allow customers time to inspect the prints before completing of shipments for orders over $600.00

Shipping

Prints are shipped by US Priority Mail in cardboard flat art( small size prints may be shipped in tubes) shipping packages. The flat $8.00 shipping and handling charge is for items mailed within the lower 48 states. Orders over $300.00 are shipped free to the lower 48 states.

I endeavor to ship within two business days of receipt of the order.

This is a single person enterprise so shipping may be delayed when I am away. My wife works full-time so I am not away very often. You can ask for a shipping date when sending in an order.

All orders received with an e-mail address should confirmed within one business day. If the delivery is time sensitive please contact me if you do not get a confirmation of the order.
